The church of Sant Genís de Torroella de Montgrí is an impressive Gothic building built on the remains of a Romanesque temple. It preserves an extensive and peculiar collection of stained glass windows from the s. XVIII. The stained glass windows of this period in Catalonia are usually geometric borders and bright colors without paint.
